We look for clinicians that stand out from the rest! If you want to be part of our SLP team, please let us know. You must be local (in or near Lady Lake, FL) as you would be working at this outpatient facilitiy. We offer FEES and Videostroboscopy observations, and ongoing mentorship from our clinical leaders. For our clinicians with good long-term standing, we offer the opportunity to train to be an endoscopist. Thanks to our instrumental exams, you will never have to rely on a bedside swallow or voice assessment alone as long as the patient is able to tolerate flexible endoscopy. If they are not a good candidate for endoscopy, we do our best to help the family or staff with the referral for an MBS or rigid scope exam. Even patients that we do see for our instrumental exams end up benefiting from an MBS or rigid scope exam, so we will always do whatever is clinically in the best interest of the patient. We also help you get any medical records that you need to better create your plan of care for your patient. We provide you with all the tools that you will need to be able to assess your patients. This includes:
- Our assessment book of standardized tests, questionnaires, and grading tools for all areas we treat
- Access to our shared therapy materials drive which contains everything you will need to provide your patients with a robust Home Exercise Program (HEP)
- Ampcare NMES device and all materials that you will need to provide NMES to your patients
- Supplies for your patient’s plan of care, such as The Breather and educational books for reflux
- CEU subscription for ongoing education
- Continued mentorship with clinical leaders
- Research updates in our staff meetings
